After several years of organic growth, it's time to welcome new people into our team. We're looking for the right individuals who can excel as full time Realtors - not just anyone! We have previously limited ourselves only to those in our immediate circle, now this opportunity is now open to who is interested and will fit our culture.

Our rigorous training culture is essential, and participation is always mandatory. Every week, the team attends comprehensive training sessions followed by hands-on workshops. Furthermore, we go above and beyond when it comes to our duties - dedicating all of our time towards prospecting during the day before transitioning into showings and making deals happen in the evenings and weekends!
We know that our environment isn't suitable for everyone - and we don't apologize for it.
Those who come to our team with a genuine enthusiasm to learn, and an eagerness to give it their best shot will find immense success. At our company, accountability is a top priority. We set weekly, monthly and yearly goals for all agents which are then reviewed in individual meetings with members of the leadership team every week. This way if you fail to reach your targets, you'll have no one else but yourself to blame - and we’ll make sure that it's brought up during each meeting!
